Our pet policy includes a non-refundable pet fee of $400 per pet and monthly pet rent of $20 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per apartment home. Breed and weight restrictions may apply, so we recommend reaching out to the office for the most up-to-date list of approved breeds and guidelines. To make move-in smooth for you and your pet, please be sure all pet fees are paid and any required pet paperwork is completed before your furry friend joins you in your new home.

You can pay rent through our online portal with a credit or debit card, and you can even set up automatic payments. Just note that certain payment methods may include a convenience fee.

You can apply online (here) or stop by the leasing office to apply in person. Each adult pays a non-refundable $50 application fee. Once you’re approved and select your home, a security deposit (typically $250 to one month’s rent) is paid at that time to reserve your apartment and help make your move-in process as seamless as possible.

Yes, we accept co-signers and guarantors. If you don’t have rental history yet, you may be able to qualify with an additional deposit based on your screening results.

Water and sewer charges are calculated based on , occupancy, or square footage and are billed through Zego. Those charges are simply added to your monthly statement so everything is easy to keep track of.

Our community is served by TXU for electric service and Spectrum Ultra for internet and TV. You’ll set up and manage these accounts directly with the providers so you can choose the plans that work best for you.

Some utilities are included in the rent. Residents typically pay for electricity and may also pay an allocated charge for water and sewer.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with a 3-day grace period built in. If a payment comes in after that time, late fees may apply according to your lease.
