You can apply online through our leasing portal or stop by the leasing office to apply in person. Each adult pays a non-refundable $50 application fee.

Once you’re approved and select your home, a security deposit (typically $250 to one month’s rent) is paid at that time to reserve your apartment and help make your move-in process as seamless as possible.

Does 8500 Harwood accept co-signers or guarantors?

Yes, we accept co-signers and guarantors. If you don’t have rental history yet, you may be able to qualify with an additional deposit based on your screening results.

Does 8500 Harwood offer parking or garages?

We offer both covered parking carports and open parking for our residents. Open parking is unassigned, but vehicles do need to have the proper permits through our community’s towing company.
